Fused Quartz Hollow Ingots for Semiconductor Applications

Fused quartz hollow ingots are needed in plasma etch tools and deposition systems within the semiconductor industry.


Krystal Technology produces their TSC® brand of fused quartz in hollow geometries with different purity grades and dimensions. The TSC® hollows produced using the continuous flame fusion process are highly uniform, have very low bubble content and high purity and are available in high volume.


TSC® hollows meet the strict purity and visual requirements to be used in plasma etch tools and deposition systems and are well suited to satisfy the strict requirements of semiconductor OEM tool makers.

Fused Quartz and Fused Silica ingots for Semiconductor Applications


Solid fused quartz and fused silica ingots are needed in the semiconductor industry for the manufacturing of batch and single wafer processing equipment.


Krystal Technology uses flame fusion to produce their grades of fused quartz and fused silica in a variety of material grades and dimensions. The ingots produced by these processes have high purity and homogeneity along with very low bubble content.
